2 big ideas
1.The first one would have a guild talking server(just for the guild/allaince)instead of downloading Ventrilo and/or Teamspeak.
2.The second big idea is when your in Kamadan or in a big city were their is alot of trading being posted their should be like a specific search for example...you type in Celestial Compass and Guild wars would search for the keyword or any alike words instead of looking threw every little trading iteam.

Your grammar and spelling, especially concerning homonyms, are absolutely atrocious. You misspelled enough of them that it's almost like you did it on purpose, because there's no way you could accidentally miss that many.
That having been said:
1. Not everybody wants/is comfortable with Ventrilo/TS as is. Believe it or not, some people don't use these because they don't feel safe using them, not necessarily because of the equipment needed/setup procedure. Would it be nice to not have to use a third party program? Some ways yes, but it's really not that much of a problem to install one of these if your guild/alliance has the desire for voice communication.
2. Even in Kamadan, it takes maybe 60 seconds to scroll through everything. The addition of a search function would be a waste of time. Now, if this were manifested through a whole different party search functionality, like the famed Xunlai Market, with sub-categories defined by weapon type, req, etc., then it'd be great, but just tossing in a search function won't work well. Trust me, I work at an information bank, and I can attest to just how finicky search functions can be. With as many abbreviations and misspellings as there are in the Party Search at any given time, it probably wouldn't even be very effective for proper searching.

For the first idea to work anet would presumably have to maintain dedicated servers for each guild or alliance which would be too much of a burden.
After all, TS/Vent are maintained by fees and requiring anet to add more servers without benefits would not be helpful at all.

yeah maintaining each of those servers for each guild is really hard and there are so many guilds that the servers will be overloaded.

TS/ Vent has been alright for years so idk about the people being worried issue but thats there problem. As for the trade thing there should be something like wow cause its reall annoying having to sit in spammadan trying to look for wat u want and even tho guru is cool for a marketplace its annoying having to wait for the person to get online, sometimes it takes like a week to get the thing u bought.

1. Been suggested, and probably won't happen, for reasons already stated.
2. Waste of programming. If you are looking at what people are buying/selling, it only takes 60 seconds per town you look in, with usually only 3 towns being checked. So 3 minutes. Not a big deal.

1. It can't be done without fees.
2. I'd rather see a real action house.

1: So, Anet needs to develop their own VoIP program... and it's gonna lack features at least at first. Then Anet needs to, with all the current lag, dedicate servers to it... and will have to take a monthly fee from everyone too. All of this, why? Cause you can't switch between GW and Vent/TS?
2: Still a waste of time and servers' resources. Plus half of GW population don't know or just won't write properly, so your search will fail anyway. I think pretty much everyone is for an auction house and they still haven't done anything about it... and probably won't, at least in GW1.
